Autumn - Winter

The vineyard, grape-harvest, grapes and wine

The program includes courses regarding the wine in its early form and many of the traditional summer plates we enjoy in the Cretan villages.

The courses last 2-3 hours daily both theory and practice.

Our program includes visits to archeological places, museums, sights, traditional Cretan nights etc

The price is from 470 euro per person and includes: transfers from/to the airport, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, all the courses and the possible entrance fees to the visits above.

From the 11th until the 15th of December 2006

The olive oil, the olives, cooking with olive oil, etc.
